veronica-music
AI Researcher, Music Producer and Engineer.
Hi! My name is Verônica, I am proudly born and raised in São Paulo, Brasil, in a half Brazilian - half Greek family, and I am currently residing in Valencia, Spain.
I graduated in Electrical Engineering at UNICAMP (Campinas, Brasil) and also did my Masters there where I researched AI applications to music mixing. I also worked for 3 years as a Data Scientist, developing AI models for a big tech company. Currently I am doing my second Masters in Music Production, Technology and Innovation at Berklee College of Music, researching generative AI synthesis for experimental musical applications, under the advisory of Marta Verde.
Aside my technology and academic pursuits, music is a passion I have been pursuing for the past 10 years. I worked as a mixing and recording assistant for a variety of artists (Lady Gaga, Pabllo Vittar, Jão, Ivete Sangalo, Criolo and more). Since 2017 I also have been DJing and releasing my own music, as well as remixing for other artists under my nickname veronicat. Checkout some of my stuff bellow and on the left!
